Butterfly Valve

 BV.F series Butterfly Valve is developed by MORTAR® particularly for the applications of powder/granule. The valve body uses high pressed die-cast aluminum, high wearable disc is made of polymer material with steel core, equipped with NBR rubber sealing, and such a soft-touch sealing system is very suitable for the applications dealing with powder/granule materials, especially for abrasive materials. In those plants or systems which require gravity conveyor or pneumatic conveying, the BV.F butterfly valves are built in underneath the hopper, silo, outlet of screw conveyor and pneumatic duct.

BV2F butterfly valve comes as 2 same flanges. Manual level driver or pneumatic driver kit is available separately according to application requirements. Industrial design integrated with special polymer material enables BV.F butterfly valve special characteristics with compact structure, wearable disc, long life sealing and easy installation and maintenance.
