Cone Ball Mill is widely used in the industries of cement, silicate products, new building material, refractory, fertilizer, ferrous and non-ferrous metal beneficiation and glass ceramic. Cone Ball Mill can make dry grinding and wet grinding on various ores and other grind ability materials.
Rod Mill is famous for loading steel bar as grinding medium in the tube. The grinding medium is lifted to some kind of height under the effect of centrifugal force and frictional force, and then fell down in throw condition or discharge condition. Rod Mill often use wet overflow model, it can be used as primary grinding, and widely applied in the primary grinding of labor sandstone, beneficiation factory and chemical plant electricity department.
Ceramic ball mill is mainly used for mixing, milling of the materials. The fineness of product is uniform but it works with less energy. It also can do wet mills and dry mills. Our ceramic ball mill could use different lining board according to product requirement to satisfy different customer’s requirement.
Cement Ball Mill is cement factory equipment, it is mainly used to grind end product and raw martial of cement factory. Cement Ball Mill also can apply on mine industries as metallurgy, chemical industry and electricity. It can use Cement Ball Mill to grind all kinds of ores, cement clinker and the other grind ability materials.
Screen Ball Mill has sieve on the mill lining plate, often used in output smaller and Higher grain size requirements industry. For example grinding white corundum, diamond, quartz.ect.
When the machine starts work, material from the feed device air shaft spiral evenly go into first mill warehouse, the warehouse equipped with ladder liner or corrugated liner, inbuilt are different size steel balls, centrifugal force produced by steel rotating cylinder will brought the ball down after a certain height, severe impact on the material and grinding them;
After coarse grinding in the first mill warehouse, then go into the second warehouse from single-compartment plate, the warehouse lined with flat liner, built-in ball, the material be further grinding; Powder material discharged through the discharge grate plate , and meanwhile completed the grinding operation.
